Zanasi Small Character Printers

| Zanasi Industrial Small Character printing systems are continuous inkjet coders which allow text to be printed from 0,8 ( 0,032") to 14 (0,55") mm height.
Several types of production information may be printed with these systems, namely, descriptive texts , production dates, expiry/sell-by dates, batches, barcodes and logos. These may cover a vast number of different products and packaging materials (primary packaging).
Such systems have been designed to operate at a medium/high speed and enable high quality printing to be carried out on surfaces that are flat, curved, even or uneven. The sectors in which the systems may be applied are limitless due to the fact that a vast range of inks are used (all inks are exclusively made by Zanasi), which allow printing on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.
Zanasi CIJ Systems have compact design and ability to operate without compressed air, that mean systems can be located at any point on production line.
In addition, CIJ systems have been completely designed and constructed in Zanasi premises. This let Zanasi focus its new developments on customer's satisfaction.
Through Zanasi Cartridges, the adding of Ink and Make-Up (additive) is fast, clean and takes place without interrupting the printing.

Zanasi High Definition Printers

| Zanasi High Definition systems are made with DOD (Drop On Demand) piezoelectric technology, and allow marking text from 1,9 (0,075") to 100 (4") mm height.
These systems allow to print a variety of information concern: barcodes, production dates, expiry dates, batches, alphanumerical texts and logos, all in very high resolution (Up to 300 Dpi).
Zanasi High Definition systems are suitable for production lines at medium/high speed, with the possibility of marking any material both porous and semi porous, like, for example, substrates including cardboard packing, paper, wood and textile.
The main feature of Zanasi High Definition Systems is their modular structure which makes them exploitable in any production line, thanks to their capability to solve the problems of any productive reality.

Zanasi Large Character Printers

| Zanasi Industrial Large Character Printing Systems are DOD (Drop On Demand) inkjet coders which allow text to be printed from of 5 (0,20") to 190 (7,48") mm height.
Zanasi LCP Systems print a variety of information concern: production dates, expiry dates, batches, alphanumerical texts and logos on a vast product and packaging materials range (secondary packaging) in very high resolution (Up to 300 Dpi).
Zanasi LCP Systems are suitable for medium/high line speeds, with the possibility of marking any material whatsoever in medium and low definition; suitable for marking a selection of porous and nonporous substrates including cardboard packing, paper, wood, PE, PVC, metal, tubes, cables, sacking and many more.
Zanasi Systems can be easily positioned anywhere along the production line due to their compact designs.
